By using Memory Spud and its services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Service
You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law. You are responsible for the photos and data you upload.
Orders and Payment
Orders are processed through Shopify. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price and to our order, shipping, and return policies as described at checkout.
Intellectual Property
Memory Spud and its branding, software, and site content are our property. You retain ownership of photos you upload; you grant us a limited license to use them for order fulfillment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Memory Spud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice.
